This cycle introduces a rebuilt Roles & Permissions model for precise control, an MCP-ready Catalog refactor, and a cleaner Create API flow.
Roles & Permissions (Enterprise)
We redesigned access control from the ground up so you can set guardrails once and move faster everywhere.
At the workspace level:

Invite anyone with a link to your workspace, assigning them a role and a group.

Grant API access to people or groups. Workspace membership does not imply API access.

Create custom roles with different combinations of permissions.
If it's a customer role (a role created to give access to paying users of the API ), then that role only has permission to view API requests.
Catalog refactor (Team & Enterprise)
The Catalog is now flexible and ready for MCP integrations.

Adds workspace-scoped categories, rich descriptions, unique slugs on publish, and a simple publish/un-publish flag.

Groundwork laid for MCP server matching and future marketplace URLs.
Improvements

Workspaces can define their own API categories and environments. Categories show on the API list and cards, and are filterable on Home.

A tidier flow with clearer CTAs. Add category and tags up front for a richer Catalog entry from day one.
